Returns for Credit or Exchange Requests
All returned merchandise must have the original products tags and/or stickers in place, no evidence of wear or usage, and returned in their original packaging. You may return or exchange any unused item(s), except special orders. It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect merchandise promptly upon receipt. All claims of damage item(s) must be reported within five days of delivery and meet the terms specified above. Refer to the Items Damaged in Transit instructions below for details. All other returns or exchanges requests will be accepted for up to twenty-one days of the delivery date (NOTE: Items purchased on or after November 8th through December 17th will be accepted for exchange or refund through January 7th all other guidelines apply). All exchanges or returns must have the original products tags and/or stickers in place, no evidence of wear or usage, and are returned in their original packaging to obtain a refund or exchange a/an item(s). All returns and exchanges must receive an authorization number prior to their return. All packages returned to Pitney Manor without the proper authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All return or exchange authorization authorizations will be issued via Email no verbal authorizations will be issued. Email Pitney Manor by using our online form with the following information: state your name, address, invoice number, product description, and the replacement product information or the reason for the return. Your authorization number will be sent to your email address within two business days. This authorization number must be clearly written on the exterior of the shipping box. You have five business days from receipt of the return authorization number to ship item(s) back to Pitney Manor. In the case of an exchange, the recipient is responsible for return shipping to Pitney Manor as well as shipping costs incurred by Pitney Manor to replace the exchanged item. If you are returning, an item(s) that was/were offered with free shipping our cost to ship that item will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Items Damaged in Transit
In the event that an item is received damaged due to transit issues please contact us immediately by using our online form for further instructions. The carrier, at their option, may schedule a time to inspect damaged items. Please make sure to save all packaging if an item(s) is/are damaged. You will not be charged for return shipping or replacement shipping costs for items damaged in transit.

Shipping Schedule Guidelines for Pitney Manor
FedEx Ground Delivery orders placed after 10:00 AM EST Friday and before 10:00 AM EST on Monday ship from our warehouse on Monday or Tuesday depending on warehouse volume.
FedEx Ground Delivery orders placed after 10:00AM EST on Monday and before 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday ship from our warehouse on Wednesday or Thursday depending on warehouse volume.
FedEx Ground Delivery orders placed after 10:00AM EST on Wednesday and before 10:00 AM EST on Friday ship from our warehouse on Friday or Monday depending on warehouse volume.
Expedited Federal Express Delivery orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 PM EST ship the next business day.
United States Postal Service orders placed by 12:00 PM EST Sunday through Saturday will ship within two business days.
Note: In the rare event, that an item is not in stock and ready for immediate delivery, we will notify you via email within the periods stated above. Severe or adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, and local, regional, and national states of emergency may render the aforementioned guidelines impossible.
