Returns for Credit or Exchange Requests

All returned merchandise must have the original products tags and/or stickers in place, no evidence of wear or usage, and returned in their original packaging. You may return or exchange any unused item(s), except special orders. It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect merchandise promptly upon receipt. All claims of damage item(s) must be reported within five days of delivery and meet the terms specified above. Refer to the Items Damaged in Transit instructions below for details. All other returns or exchanges requests will be accepted for up to twenty-one days of the delivery date (NOTE: Items purchased on or after November 8th through December 17th will be accepted for exchange or refund through January 7th all other guidelines apply). All exchanges or returns must have the original products tags and/or stickers in place, no evidence of wear or usage, and are returned in their original packaging to obtain a refund or exchange a/an item(s). All returns and exchanges must receive an authorization number prior to their return. All packages returned to Pitney Manor without the proper authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All return or exchange authorization authorizations will be issued via Email no verbal authorizations will be issued. Email Pitney Manor by using our online form with the following information: state your name, address, invoice number, product description, and the replacement product information or the reason for the return.  Your authorization number will be sent to your email address within two business days.  This authorization number must be clearly written on the exterior of the shipping box. You have five business days from receipt of the return authorization number to ship item(s) back to Pitney Manor. In the case of an exchange, the recipient is responsible for return shipping to Pitney Manor as well as shipping costs incurred by Pitney Manor to replace the exchanged item.  If you are returning, an item(s) that was/were offered with free shipping our cost to ship that item will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Items Damaged in Transit

In the event that an item is received damaged due to transit issues please contact us immediately by using our online form for further instructions. The carrier, at their option, may schedule a time to inspect damaged items. Please make sure to save all packaging if an item(s) is/are damaged. You will not be charged for return shipping or replacement shipping costs for items damaged in transit.

UPS Ground Delivery orders placed after 10:00 AM EST Friday and before 10:00 AM EST on Monday ship from our warehouse on Monday or Tuesday depending on warehouse volume.

UPS Ground Delivery orders placed after 10:00AM EST on Monday and before 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday ship from our warehouse on Wednesday or Thursday depending on warehouse volume.

UPS Ground Delivery orders placed after 10:00AM EST on Wednesday and before 10:00 AM EST on Friday ship from our warehouse on Friday or Monday depending on warehouse volume.

UPS 3 Day Select/ 2nd Day Air Select orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

Shipping Guidelines for UPS (Domestic Deliveries): Important Information UPS works on standard business days (Monday-Friday), and do not deliver on Saturday (unless Saturday delivery is specified) or Sunday. Please do not include the day that your package ships when calculating delivery days in transit. 

UPS Ground Shipping Guidelines: Delivery time is within five business days inside the 50 United States and Puerto Rico.

UPS Ground Delivery Business Days: Monday thru Friday (Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost (please call us at 561-339-3348 if a Saturday delivery date is crucial to your purchase). Business days begin the day following UPS taking possession of the shipment.

Shipping Guidelines for UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery time is three business days within the contiguous forty-eight United States.

UPS 3 Day Select Business Days: Monday thru Friday. Business days begin the day FedEx takes possession of the shipment

Shipping Guidelines for UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery time is two business days within all 50 United States and Puerto Rico.

UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery Business Days: Monday-Friday (Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost). Please call us at 561-339-3348 if a Saturday delivery date is crucial to your purchase.

*Please note UPS 2nd Day Air offers optional Saturday delivery that is available by end of day for shipments picked up on Thursday (except for holidays) to destinations where the weekday guaranteed delivery time for UPS Next Day Air is either 10:30a.m or 12:00p.m.

Shipping Guidelines for UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.: Delivery time is the next business day between 10:30a.m. or 12:00p.m. on the second business day to metropolitan commercial destinations.

UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. *Please note 2nd Day Air A.M. delivery within the contiguous forty-eight United States is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. respectively. It is not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by end of day. This service is not available to residential destinations and there are no Saturday deliveries.

Shipping Guidelines for UPS Next Day Air Saver: Delivery time is by the next business day by 3:00p.m. or 4:30p.m. to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30a.m. or 12:00p.m., respectively. Shipments to residential locations are delivered by end of day.

UPS Next Day Air Saver Business Days: Monday thru Friday. 

*Please note UPS Next Day Air Saver is not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day.

Business days begin the day UPS takes possession of the shipment.

Shipping Guidelines for UPS Next Day Air: Delivery time is the next business day by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. or end of day depending on destination within all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. 

 

UPS Next Day Air Delivery Business Days: Monday thru Friday (Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost (please call us at 561-339-3348 if a Saturday delivery date is crucial to your purchase). 

*Please note optional Saturday Delivery available to destinations where the weekday guaranteed delivery time is either, 10:30a.m. or 12:00p.m. Saturday delivery guarantees delivery by 12:00 p.m. or 1:30p.m.

Shipping Guidelines for UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.: Delivery time is by 8:00 a.m. the next business day, to major cities in the 48 contiguous states. Delivery by 8:30a.m., or 9:00a.m. the next business day to most other U.S. cities including Anchorage, Alaska. Additional locations guaranteed by 10:00 a.m.

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. Delivery Business Days: Monday-Friday (Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost (please call us at 561-339-3348 if a Saturday delivery date is crucial to your purchase).  

Shipping Guidelines for UPS (International Deliveries)

UPS Worldwide Express Shipping Guidelines: Shipment options are available to over 65 countries and territories. Delivery time for exports is by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon the next business day to Canada and for documents to Mexico. Delievery time to Europe and Latin American is the second business day. And Delivery time to Asia is within two or three business days.

UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping Guidelines: Shipment options are available to over 70 countries and territories. Delivery times for exports to Canada is two business days, three business days to Mexico, three or four business days to Europe, and four to five business days to Asia and Latin America.

UPS Standard Shipping Guidelines: Shipment options are available between the 48 continental United States and all Canadian provinces. Delivery times are by the end of the day within two to six business days.

United States Postal Service orders placed by 12:00 PM EST Sunday through Saturday will ship within two business days.

Note: In the rare event, that an item is not in stock and ready for immediate delivery, we will notify you via email within the periods stated above. Severe or adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, and local, regional, and national states of emergency may render the aforementioned guidelines impossible. Pitney Manor makes every effort and provision humanly possible to provide the most dependable and timely deliveries to our customers.

Shipping Guidelines for USPS Domestic Services

USPS Express Service: Delivery commitment period is 1-2 business days. Business days begin when USPS takes possession of the shipment. 

USPS Priority Service: Delivery commitment period is 2-3 business days. Business days begin when USPS takes possession of the shipment.

Shipping Guidelines for USPS International Services

USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) International Service: Delivery commitment period is 1-3 business days. Business days begin when USPS takes possession of the shipment. 

USPS Express Mail International Service: Delivery commitment period is 3-5 business days. Business days begin when USPS takes possession of the shipment. 

USPS Priority Mail International Service: Delivery commitment period is 6-10 business days. Business days begin when USPS takes possession of the shipment. 

Note: Severe or adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, and local, regional, and national states of emergency may render the aforementioned guidelines impossible. Federal Express makes every effort and provision humanly possible to provide the most dependable and timely deliveries under any circumstances. 

Pitney Manor Order Processing Timelines for Shipment:

Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST Friday and before 10:00 AM EST on Monday ship from our warehouse on Monday or Tuesday depending on warehouse volume.

Orders placed after 10:00AM EST on Monday and before 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday ship from our warehouse no later than Wednesday or Thursday depending on warehouse volume.

Orders placed after 10:00AM EST on Wednesday and before 10:00 AM EST on Friday ship from our warehouse no later than Friday or Monday depending on warehouse volume.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

Business days begin the day UPS/USPS takes possession of the shipment.
