Passover Seder Plate by Spode

The Seder Plate is placed in the middle of the table and holds symbolic foods. There is a specific space identified in Hebrew for Maror, Zroa, Haroset, Hazeret, Beitzah and Harpas..

The design is based on the historical manuscripts from the 1800’s, based on early ceramic tile motifs that were influenced by prevailing Persian styles. The dominant motif consists of stylized flowers and vines, interwoven on most pieces amongst the straight edged Star of David. The design respectfully features the blue and white colors of the flag of Israel.
